AzfiBooks may retain the acceptance date/time, document version, document hash, user, company, IP address, user agent, and session evidence.
The person creating a workspace must be authorized to act for that business or client. Users must not create workspaces for companies they do not own, manage, advise, or have permission to administer.
AzfiBooks provides accounting workflow tools. Users remain responsible for data accuracy, approvals, statutory filings, tax positions, accounting judgments, and accountant or auditor review where needed.
AI, OCR, document capture, import tools, and rule suggestions are advisory. They may create drafts or review signals only. Posting, deletion, reversal, reconciliation, tax changes, or settings changes require authorized human approval.
The software, source code, design system, documentation, workflows, product names, and platform configuration are owned by AzfiBooks or its licensors. Customers receive a limited SaaS right to use the service; no ownership transfer is granted.
Customers retain ownership of their business records and accounting data. AzfiBooks may process that data only to provide, secure, support, improve, and administer the service under the terms and privacy policy.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant security, upload malware, infringe third-party rights, or use the system for illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Trial access may be offered. Paid access, renewals, suspension, cancellation, refunds, and data export are governed by the plan, billing page, and refund/cancellation policy.
